20:16 UTC … according to my observations it seems that only COMM B has an problem with missing beacons etc.
After AOS I heard 4 COMM A beacons followed by 3 COMM B beacons. The next 4 beacons (COMM B) remained off –
the next one were the COMM A beacons till LOS.
